We've been here for a little over a year now and we've had no real problems at all. The rent is decent and the grounds are in good shape. The office staff is kind of hit or miss, but we've never had a problem and our two maintence issues were fixed the next day both times. The pool is nice and not usually crowded. It's true the security gates rarely work. Initially I wasn't sure I would like this part of town but we've found Ogden has everything we need and Mayfaire and the beach are minutes away. There are some dogs that bark, and some kids that yell, but nothing bad enough that I've ever even commented on it to my girlfriend.

Give it some time. The office staff act like you're killing them if you need something. The head repair guy likes to blame the renter for repair problems & your neighbors - well.... I had stuff stolen from my front door, studants pissing by the pool & more. The corporate office < Dominion> --- They blow chunks -- WORTHLESS
