Terrible Neighbors

Cape Harbor is one of three apartments that my husband and I have lived in while in Wilmington, NC. He is in the Marine Corps and I am an elementary school teacher. Cape Harbor looks great on the outside, but the inside is less than desirable. The model apartment for the 2bd/2ba will feature a built-in microwave. When you move into your apartment, you will not have this feature. We found ourselves at Wal-Mart having to purchase a microwave that we had assumed would be in the apartment. The apartments are old and do not self-contain noise. I could lay in bed at night and hear the neighbor on the next floor apartment urinating in the toilet. (The walls are thin) The kitchen looks very quaint, but there is very little cabinet space. Our neighbors were always outside drinking and socializing very loudly. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone that wasn't of the college age. FYI- We currently live in the Park at Three Oaks, and I don't have a single complaint.

Terrible mngt. Poorly run . I left in less than 1 year because of the above. Saw a guy get tasered outside my bedroom window one night. Broken beer bottles, studants urinating off the pool deck, dog crap everywhere. Apartments are outdated junk.
