cape harbor looked wonderful when we first saw the place. but we slowly learned to hate it.
they said they were a gated community.
- once we got our keys we were given gate cards and there told they were fixing the gate. this never happened. they ended up taking the gate down a week later.
they say they have a "car care center"
- this is just a hose.
they have a trash compactor
- this was always overflowing with trash. everywhere.
the walls are ridiculously thin. i could hear my neighbor pissing.
they have tacky leasing signs all over the place.
the staff consists of -------.
maintenance is prompt.
definitely not worth the amount of rent.

I lived there a year - I feel your pain!! Dominion- 25% , way to go!!!! Zero % is just around the corner!!!
