I found that the apartment was quite comfortable. When I needed help from the management, they were as helpful as they could be. They were friendly too. I would have stayed longer if it wasn't for the lack of jobs in the city (do not come to Wilmington if you don't already have one - this was my only real complaint and it is unrelated to the apartment.) The area is quiet, and so are the rooms. The walls muffle most sounds, but base sounds can be heard through them a bit. There were not too many college students and almost no noisy people. Also, if something needs to be fixed, it is done promptly.
