Great Place for the Money

The apartment complex is in a great location - right between downtown, the beach and UNCW-It is well maintained and the office and maintenance staff is the best. They treat you like family. For the price you get more square feet than any other property and the apartments are older so they are well built and the noice level is better then the newer apts. They have a Courtesy Officer on site and the pool and exercise room is well maintained. I have lived here several years and feel very safe here. If you aren't rich but want a nice place to live this is the place.
