Everything others have posted here is true. The management has zero people skills. We're on atleast our third management team since I moved in last year. There have been plenty of problems and the new management's philosophy seems to be that hanging signs and making up new rules will fix problems. Yep, parking is a serious problem too. If you don't have a car, this is a decent place to live. I've had my car broken into and my parking sticker stolen...then my car towed. Then I was charged fifty bucks to get another parking sticker! It's cheap and pretty clean. That's all the positive feedback I can add about Chase Mooring. If you can afford another fifty bucks a month, live somewhere else. Whenever I can, I will.
