We've lived here for 7 months now and have had to call the police on the kids in our area 3 times already for being loud and obnoxious and some of them actually set the picnic table on fire outside our apartment. They have no respect for neighbors and the parents aren't much better. The apartment itself is great...new interiors and lots of room but if you have the money to go somewhere else, you'd best do it. Management here is the worst. They're lazy and ineffectual even when complaints come from their most model tenants. I plan on leaving here as soon as possible. When our lease expired, they tried to increase our rent by $90/month!! Go elsewhere if you can.
