Been at Chase Mooring for almost two years. We've had our cars broken into twice.
We've had the maintenance guys come in unannounced, without knocking- We requested that they don't do this except in emergency situations, but it didn't stop. Windows get broken and not fixed. They moved our water heater from the attic into the closet, thus eliminating half our closet space...the workers left a nice mess behind to boot. Management team is apathetic. Their best exucuse for not improving security/damage/parking situation is no budget. What about my budget' I can't afford to buy a new car stereo every year because it gets stolen. Don't live here. You'll regret it. Everyone in my building is bitter and waiting for their leases to run out.
