Where do I start...first, and foremost, the management is the biggest pain in the a**. They are no help, have no answers, are rarely in the office, treat residents like children that know nothing, and blame everything on "new management" that has been there for over a year and should know what they are doing by now. Parking sucks, insulation sucks (you feel the wind through the windows), maintence sucks (often entering unannounced or invited at all hours and take their own time fixing problems including no heat which took two days and several calls), and the residents are hedious. I had my license plate stolen and walked out to find people sitting on the front of my car. My roommate?s car was hit my a Uhaul truck by another resident. The kids are terror: screaming, yelling, kicking balls into cars, scratching cars with bicycles, running up and down stairs, and teasing pets are just a few of the things they do, yet management says they can do nothing about it. Everything about this place sucks. After writing several letters the six foot bushes in front of the doors were finally cut down, finally eliminating a major safety hazard. Upon moving out, they refused to refund our deposit and tried to charge $45 to replace one lightbulb that was burned out, and another $45 to clean the stove, and another $55 to clean the padding under the carpet but not the carpet. Explain that one. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I didn?t find one good thing about living at Chase Mooring, it was an awful, horrible experience.
