I'm writing this because I have seen a bit of improvement here at Chase Mooring. I've actually seen a security guard around, and the noise that was keeping me up all hours of the night has stopped, for the most part. My dealings with the office haven't always been good--I feel as if I wasn't treated with the respect that any customer or tenant deserves on a particular occasion. I will give them credit, however, for making things better out here. There are a lot of rowdy residents at this place..the office staff really has their hands full. You can't beat the price or the size of the apartments. I chose not to renew my lease. I had rather pay a bit more money to live in a place where the residents treat each other and the buildings better. The maintenance guys are great. They always answer calls as soon as they can and they do good repair work. There are much worse places to live...there are just better ones too. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
