I have lived here for a year. There are many reasons I would not recommend these apartments to anybody. First the parking. There is only enough parking places for 1 car per apartment. So if you have 2 cars you are screwed and when guests come over the people who pay rent cant park near their apartment. The towing IS enforced so that is a plus but the parking lots are a complete joke. If you come home anytime after like 4:00pm you will not park near your apartment most of the time. The apartments are sub par construction. I moved in to the site of cat ---- on the carpets and were they replaced nope just vacuumed. Nice. The walls have been painted over like 10 times so the paint is 2-3 inches thick. The maintenace is very good and on point. The appliances are very old and the community washer and dryers are always broken. The gym is very small and the pool is very big and nice. Dont get me wrong some things are ok here but they dont make up for living in South Central L.A. listening to car music and people screaming at 3am. Numerous calls to police have been made about noise violations very late at night and do they show up' NOPE. If you own a nice car dont park here the locals like to take value off your car by running into it or scratching it and instead of having the unheard of word "courtesy", they just run away. The amount of people that are running around and yelling all night it seems as though there are 4,000 residents. Cockroaches occassionally find their way into my apartment and die on the floor overnight. Like I said management and maintenance are very good however they cant control the idiots that move in here. I have only come across 1 person since I lived here that actually gave a ---- about me as a person. All in all a " real great palce to live" YEAH RIGHT
