I moved to wilmington from raleigh with one of my friends. We've never rented before so we didnt know what to think. We saw the demo room and thought cool preety nice. We got a great price for $510 a month and got one month rent free. All was going well until the second weak down here my car was broken into, my cd player, wallet and cd's were stolen. A week later our ceiling in our bathroom started leaking from the neighbors upstairs over flowing the bathtub, a month later a flower started growing from where the maintance came and tried to fix the bathroom roof from leaking. I work late some nights and get home about 1 or so, no where to park if you work late. A plus to it is we have nice neighbors, the inside of the apartments arnt too bad looking and its close to alot of stuff like the mall, the beach and uncw. But overall Chase Sucks...
