The staff at chase mooring apartments is the worst.I have walked in the office on many occasions and the staff will be nice as pie to people who are there to sign a lease, but if you are a resident they have no use for you. If you have any problems with the apartment they wont do anything about it and they will make it out like you did something wrong not them.Im not sure what these ladies do all day because they are definitely not taking care of there residents or making sure they are renting nice clean apartments. Take a look at the office though. They have really nice furniture and a large flat panel tv on the wall. My guess is they watch tv all day and talk ---- about the residents who expect them to do some work. Don't rent from these people!!! I can not stress this enough you will end up loosing money not saving money. And its not just the lazy office ladies there corporate people are just as unprofessional. So if you want to rent out the grossest apartments in Wilmington with the laziest staff go ahead and rent from them.
