I have lived in Berkshire at Pecan Grove for over 3 years (Even thru the bad years of Chase Moring). I reciently have moved into a home which me and my girlfriend are very excited about. During our tennur there we have gone threw many different managements, but none better than what is there now especially the maintenance dept. which has been so helpful in so many different ways and very responsive to everyones needs and concerens. I highly recommend the Berkshire at Pecan Grove to anyone who is need of a safe and friendly enviroment and a place where the tennants come first.
