We moved into Chase Mooring last year after we relocated, and after a very long day on the road the office staff was extremely helpful, not pushy and walked us to our new home to make sure it was acceptable. The 'cleaning lady' however was spreading dirty water all over my kitchen floor, I eventually told her to stop cleaning...

We also recently got new neighbors upstairs who don't care about their TV volume, but the office staff have been more than responsive about handling the issue and it has gotten better.

The maintenance staff has always been more than responsive and come to make repairs quickly even though they do leave snide remarks sometimes on the work orders.

We renewed our lease for another year bu we are moving soon into a home we've purchased, overall I have been happy with The Berkshires...it is afterall apartment living.
