Where do I begin. Well first of all Berkshire at Pecan Grove, Chase Mooring, Malibu they are all the same please don't let the name change fool you. The apartment complex is very much overpriced. They advertise washer and dryer hookups but there aren't any here. Management SUCKS! When I say it I mean it. Management does not care about you because at the end of the day they don't live here. And when they go home thier home is well taken care of.
The manager of the property has no voice mail so if she is not available ( which is all the time) you then have to speak to the Assistant Mangager who is very rude and speaks to you like you are a child.
Maintanance is very nice and pleasant except for one. People who have lived here know exactly who I am talking about. There is something wrong with him bipolar or something. He yells at everyone, even his boss. He gets an attitude because he has to do his job. He is the rudest person I have ever come in contact with. I have had several maintance issues with my apartment both major and minor and I had to wait atleast a week for the minor issues and one of the major issues I had to wait almost a month and I had speak to the district manager in order for it to be taken care of. Again they don't care because they don't live here and I'm sure things are fine at their residence.
There is always dog waste on the property. Did I mention the drugs and the undercover police officer that lived here to crack down on it. The attitude to get a package that was left in the office.The washer and dryers that don't work. People standing in front of the apartment like its a street corner. The ambulance that came to pick someone up for a hereion overdose. I really can go on and on, the bottom line is do not rent at Berkshire at Pecan Grove at all.

This is a disgruntled employee that was terminated because he did not do his job. Do not listen to this posting, it is not as mentioned.

No it's not. This is an actual resident who has made this review. This must be an employee that works at Berkshire responding to my review. If this wasn't true then there would be no need to respond to this, prospecting residents would see the truth when they come. See this is exactly what I am talking about they want you to come out here so bad. Like I said in my review save your money. Even if this is the cheapest place to rent spend a little extra money to not to have to deal with this apartment complex.
