My family lived in Chateau Terrace for about a year until we moved out of town. The apartment is very spacious for the money we had a two bedroom two bath and it was about 1150 sq ft for about $725 a month including cable. The staff is friendly and very responsive. The neighbors are wonderful and very quiet. During the Spring the Azaleas and Dogwoods are absolutely beautiful. It is very convienant to shopping and centerally located and easy to get to everywhere in Wilmington. I highly recommend Chateau Terrace unless you are looking to party-that doesn't really happen there-they are very family oriented.
