If you want a nice relaxing home life... then do NOT live in Clear Run. I moved out a couple months ago and my life is all ready so much less stressful! Office staff is HORRIBLE. Well, 2 of the girls aren't bad but the manager is absolutely horrible. She never really has a clue what is going on, will tell you about three contradicting things in one sentence, and really shouldn't be the manager at all because she clearly has no idea what she is doing. She stresses me out every time I talk to her and I leave feeling dizzy and confused. I can't tell if she is dumb or shady.

Maintenance problems take forever to be fixed. The maintenance staff is great and very friendly but slow in getting things done. However, this may be because of the office staff who file the work orders.. I don't know.

Also the apartments are way over priced. You can get way better for the same price without all the headaches Clear Run will cause you to suffer through.
