My apartment at clear run has been nothing but trouble. My apartment floods when it rains and nothing has been done about it after months of complaining. There have been 2 occasions where there leaking pipes that damaged the ceiling and $200 worth of personal property and clear run has done nothing. There is also a major bug problem and clear run has done nothing to alleviate the problem. I would rather live in a homeless shelter than spend another year living in my over priced run down clear run apartment.
