as stated before by another reviewer, the staff there appears helpful, but if something happens in your apartment, say a water heater pipe breaks and your laptop was sitting on the floor and drowned in an inch of water (of course im speaking hypothetically ;) ) they will do absolutely nothing. I'm still in the process of getting them to pay me for the damages. Wende, the district manager, is nice but i won't comment on clear run's housing director. we lived there on and off (worked at disney for a semester) for two years.
