We lived in clear run for three years b/c it was close to school. I hated every minute of it. The staff was not helpful and ignored my many complaints about my neighbors who had their bass stereo up so loud it knocked pictures off my wall. We had a few floods and had to call the after hours number numerous times and received no response. I have lovely pictures of the hundreds of broken beer bottles and puke that we woke up to every morning covering the grounds. The maintanence staff were nice guys but not really useful and parking can be awful. We also got into a huge fight about our deposits when we finally moved out and the parent company United Dominion ignored my calls and questions. We are now happy in Abbots Run which is a little farther from school but a much nicer place to live.
