I am a new tenant here and I have many complaints....
unit not cleaned from last tenant
unit dirty
looking at empty can of beer and broken beer bottles, for a week on lawn
maintenance guys are nice but useless
I am going over tomorrow to raise hell and I will let you know how it goes
office staff is ok..nice but they are just doing a job
I have ordered a copy of the Landlord and tenant act so that I am well armed
I am paying a lot for rent and I expect a lot,.....you have the same right!
I will let you know how things go!

The landlord & tenant act only shows that in NC the landlord has all of the rights (not all states lean so heavily in favor of the landlord) DOG FECES EVERYWHERE is a major problem---forget doing anything on the grass. We got a FEW things accomplished after several months of hounding---have finally given up on the rest. "Inept" comes to mind as well as "clueless" where maintenance is concerned. I agree that the trash and the noise are also problems. Rent is too high---the landlords are sitting back raking in the bucks while the place sits in disarray. We are counting the days.... |
