Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I have lived here almost two years.
cons:
1. A lot of trash laying around on the ground. (beer cans, McDonalds, etc)
2. Ignorant, bitchy, unhelpful girls work in the office.
3. They worry about their money more than you being happy. You say or request one thing, instantly they start talking money.
4. Maintenance is a joke.
5. There is a FEE for everything!!
pros:
1. close to UNCW.
2. Parking isn't that bad (phase II)
Was clean and had a helpful staff when we moved in late 2004. Don't know what happened last year and this year.
Definately not resigning.
