Im just starting my 3 yr with clear run and the only reason I stay is because I can walk to campus, dont have to pay for parking or gas, and dont have to pay a deposit anywhere else plus you can have any kind of pet.
Otherwise, my biggest problems are the office people and the requests for maintence work. Half our problems from when we moved in to a new apartment a year ago arent fixed, I would never move into phase 1 again...i saw bugs on a daily basis and EVERYTHING broke. The office is rude and lost all of our paperwork to resign and had to talk to us about it 3 times, then said we were hiding that we had pets (which was with our original info they lost, MAKE COPIES OF EVERYTHING if you are gonna live here). Everytime you resign a lease they raise youre rent atleast 30 bucks and the office is really bitchy and unhelpful, forgetful, everythign you dont want them to be. Must repeat every request to them before it gets done. Lastly, theyre is not enough visitor parking for friends which sucks cause they will get towed and its not cheap...noise isnt too bad, parties get busted within 30 mins of starting here.
