I also hate clear run. Main issues are that the apartemtns are not well kept. Rent is high - at least after yr. 1 (go live in the reserve at forest hills for the same price). Maintenece simply does not happen. The girls in the office are horrible - absolutely worst show of professionalism I've ever seen. It is close to campus but it's simply not worth the aggravation. Do yourself a favor and don't rent clear run or UD. As an aside, if you're looking for somewhere affordable and close to campus, I recommend college green. The outside is somewhat shady looking but they are pretty nice inside and very affordable.
