I'm in the process of moving out of Clear Run, I spent 3 years here. I came to this website to get some info on some other places I was looking to move in Charlotte and thought I'd check out what Clear Run's said. My stay here was ok...no major problems other than the flooding parking lots, but my car has never been flooded, so I guess it could be worse. The people in the office we really cool when I first moved in and any other time I've had to go to the office they have been pretty helpful. For a while maintenance was a little shaky, but it's improved over the last few months. My apartment was big and seemed to have been kept up well over the years. I really don't have any complaints other than the parking and towing. Always have your sticker or it will cost you $95.
