I lived here from October 2004 to October 2005. So, I don't know if any changes have been made. But, just a heads up. I, myself, thought the maintenance was fine except when it came to washers and dryers and the gym equipment which was horrible. It was a lot of college kids which made it very noisy on the weekends. It was a big, one bedroom, but with all the crappy amenities it didn't feel worth the price. The location is probably the crappiest in town because it would have been a lot nicer to be downtown or by the beach. The managment was a lot nicer when they wanted to get that apartment sold and not very nice after. Also, the apartments inside were old.
