I have lived at Clear Run for 2 years and have not had any major problems. The staff was OK when I moved in, but since then has gotten a lot better. The maintenance has been OK, but there have been a couple times where I had to call a second time to get my problem fixed. The apartments were pretty standard, sometimes I wish I would have got an upgraded apartment, but mine has not been terrible. Overall, I have had a good couple of years here and would rent again if I needed to.
