Should be called Clear "RunDown".
UD took a once-beautiful property and did an Urban Decay Experiment here.

UNprofessional with a capital UN...If you want to look back on your college years with fondness, STAY AWAY.

EXTREMELY POOR management & maintenance.

Momma, don't let your babies grow up to be Clear Run tenents!
