I lived in Clear Run for a little more than a year. After I moved out, they kept sending bills to me although I have paid for everything when I moved out. Everytime I received a bill, I called them. They were very confused themselves, so they did not know what the bill was about. However, they were still sending me bills. From my experience, they have a extremely poor management. Staff members were not well trained. They didn't know what was going on everytime I asked about the bills. Please do not choose this place for your own good! They are over-priced, they have poor management, and they seem to try hard to get money from you. Avoid any contact with Clear Run!!!
