I've been a resident of Clear Run for about a month and a half. The property management team in the office is outstanding, but unable to rectify some of the issues you'll find here.
There's plenty of noise at night in the parking lot outside my building. I've spoken to other residents and this isn't the case everywhere, but it's really loud sometimes with "partying" lasting until 3AM outside.
Recently there has been some graffiti on Clear Run property and resident vehicles.
Biggest problem I've had was that my car was broken in to. No signs of forced entry whatsoever and the doors were locked, so evidently it's someone who doesn't just go around smashing windows. I understand the risks of leaving things out in the open (my subwoofer was stolen) but I also understand I'd rather live in a place that I didn't have to fear that my vehicle would be entered by someone other than me!
Bottom line, management is great - maintenance is great - area/residents are not. Can't help who you live next to I guess.
