I've lived here for two years, going to be moving out of state in a couple months. For being a complex with a lot of college students, it's really quiet. The maintenance staff takes care of anything that comes up - promptly (e.g., hot water heater on a Sunday morning, carpet cleaning... can't really think of anything else right off), and I've been able to work on my car every so often, never been hassled. I do clean up after myself and haven't caused them any issue as a result, so I'm sure that helps. No problems with bugs.

I've called the cops on neighbors twice in two years. I work 8-5 weekdays, so really - any party noise during the week isn't something I'm up for. Cops showed up in less than 20mins both times, and well - no problems again from each neighbor. Again, not really a typical thing in the first place.

There's been a LOT of remodeling done to the exteriors of the buildings since a new manager (Pam) came along about 10mos ago (siding, windows, roofs) as well as the laundry room. Looks awesome so far compared to when I first moved in! Grounds are kept fairly well, pool's typically pretty clean, and the dog crap... I guess you'll have that anywhere.

Only gave the Safety rating 2 stars on account of the lights being out of the first floor of my complex coming up the stairs. That, and the light right outside the apt is pretty temperamental, between the two buildings. Not like I feel unsafe or anything - but I do like to see where I'm going at night.

Overall, I like it here. I'd move out to get into a newer place with more modern interiors - but that'd be the Only reason. That and, I can't just pick up the complex and move it with me to my next location. I'd recommend College Green to anyone. It's a great deal and from the various places I've lived in the past few years, it's been one of the best.
