It's ok for Singles

If you are a single guy/girl it is a nice palce to live for the price, good area away from the crazy traffic, nice overall apperance (for when you bring that guest by ;-) The 2 pools are great year round, weight room is ok, kids keep breaking item there.

The only bad thing that I have really had problems with is the landscape they have scratchy shrubbs that they won't get rid of, if you ask the office to do it they give you a cold shoulder, I had to dig them all up myself and redo my padio myself at my own expense.

Over all I give it a B-
