I have lived in a 3 BR apartment for almost a year now and I hate it!! I'm just waiting for my lease to run out so I can move! The staff is rude and not willing to help you at all. They try to get rid of you as soon as they can and don't seem to care for their residents. Anytime my roommates and I have a maintenance request, it takes at least 2 more times to call and remind them to do it before it gets done and then they get agitated because you have a problem they don't want to fix. They do try and keep the parking lots clean, with lawnmowers and blowers at 7 a.m. almost every week. It would be nice if they would consider scheduling those appointments for later in the day out of respect for their residents. The walkways inside the apartments are rarely cleaned and it is embarrassing when you have to walk in a see nothing but a dirty floor/carpet and trash all over the place. The apartments are old and have not been renovated in years so the appliances are old also and not very efficient. It is far away from the college campus and it takes forever to get there. The office also ignores noise complaints and does not do much of anything to make the residents feel welcome. I would not recommend living here at all!! I am ready to move out ASAP!!! I think a lot of other residents feel the same way because almost every day you see moving trucks packing up people's things and you see lots of vacant apartments.
