I moved from out of town last summer and I haven't even thought about leaving here yet. Important Pros: not a college property! not alot of noise and partying! the service guys seem knowledgeable and do an excellent job! they are nice and so is the office staff! seen a few changes in the staff, but has continued to run smoother than ever! close to 2 beaches and shopping and food and downtown! Cons: not close to UNCW (but that's a pro if you aren't a student!!!) older neighborhood, but it's worth it completely!
