Can't complain. I haven't really seen any partying or college kids. I work at the hospital, and so do a few people in my building. The neighborhood is kept clean, the apartments are nice. When I have a problem, the men fix it quickly and the ladies in the office are friendly and easy to talk with. Definitely a settled neighborhood, no noise. I love it and won't move until I buy a house. Really close to the beach too. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
