I WAS HAPPY WITH THE APARTMENT WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO, BUT THE PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL RAPIDLY.THERE IS TOO MANY KIDS, WITH NO SUPERVISION OUT RUNNING AROUND, AND NOW VANDALISM SEEMS TO BE THE NEW THING..

THE STAFF HAS BECOME LESS AND LESS HELPFUL AS OUR TIME HERE HAS CONTINUED..

I CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP AND I CAN MOVE OUT...I WOULD STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANY PERSONS FROM ENTERING INTO A LEASE WITH CROSSWINDS APARTMENTS, AS THERE SEEMS TO BE NO SIGNS THAT THEY ARE DOING ANYTHING TO FIX SUCH OBIVIOUS DECAY OF THE COMMUNITY..
