It is nice clean community with an abundance of amentities and nice atmosphere.

I would be aware that ever since I there they have tried to nickel and dime the community. Also not that there is a real negative vibe that comes from the management.
Never really hear anything positive from them about the community... mostly threats of what they are gonna do if you do this or that.
