I am now living in the WORST apartment I have ever had. Since moving into this "wonderful" complex, I have expericened a number of problems. There has been a problem each month that I have lived here. From the refrigator making a noise and not keeping things cold, to a heavy rain soaking everything in my 2nd bedroom. I am not the only tenant that feels this way. My upstairs neighbors have had worse things then this. they had mold growing in their closets like a really bad science experiment. If I were you find something a lot better. This complex spends your rent money on fixing the fitness room, then fixing your apartment problems. JUST SAY NO TO CROSSWINDS BUILDING 994!!!
