Watch out!

I lived at Crosswind for about 9 months. I went to the office to give them my leave notice. They told me to get someone to take over your lease or pay the extra months, but I had to send the new person to the leasing office first. I sent 6 different people over to them that all needed a place today. But no one picked up my lease. Later I saw some of them move in. Crosswinds seemed to have signed them to a new lease and not to mine. Then, when my 30 days were up and I moved out, they had someone moved in 3 days later, But they still charged me for another 1.5 months rent and water bills for two months that I didn't not even live there. They also had $400 worth of cleaning bills for a place that was not any dirty when I left than when I moved in. Something like 5-6 hours. That would be over $50/hr. They told me because I signed the lease break agreement and that it didn't matter if someone else had the appartment 3 days later I still had to pay. So they billed 2x times for water and rent. I never was late w/ rent and never had a copmliant file against me. So Watch out! I have heard this similar thing from other people that have lived here as well. It was always loud into the quiet hours and thier special police were not very effective or useful.
