I moved to Wilmington thinking how beautiful it would be to live there. But I soon realized after moving into crosswinds that I was in a completely different area. When I first moved in, I thought it was a great place to live but then I soon was proved wrong by all the noise and how scary it was to walk from my car to my own damn apartment. The office staff there are completely rude to you and will lie to your face about how great it is to live there!!! If I am paying $800/month to live there I would expect more from them. The place is being taken over by families with numerous kids who do not have respect for other people. Drugs, Loud Music at 8 o'clock in the morning, literally tons of crazy people living near you, and a dirty hallway is all you will get for your hard earned money. I was so exicted to leave there at the end of my lease!!! I love the place I live now and I would strongly advise you that moving into crosswinds is a *very* bad decision!!! just keep looking!! don't settle for the ghetto!!! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
