Appearances can be deceiving. This could be a great place, however, lack of concern from management and inappropriate threat tactics are a concern. There have been several robberies and attacks on residents in the past few months. Vandalism has risen and management's approach is to threaten to take away or restrict the amenities from innocent residents, which we pay for with an upfront amenity fee. Management would rather make threats of punishment of restricting amenities than hire security or even invest in the maintenance and upkeep of the laundry facility and indoor pool. Parking lots flood, causing damage to resident's cars.
