my wife and i lived here and when we moved out the new management did a walk through and charged us for cleaning the carpets because she said there was dog pee all over the place, but refused to show us where it was.

because it was not true.

my apartment was covered with rugs and many items of furniture so the actual space that would have been available for the dog to pee was not very much.

she tehm told me that my 300 dollar dog deposit was not a deposit at all it was a fee and the 25 dollars extra i payed a month on my rent for the dog was for haveing him.

all of this was not mentioned during the brief signing of the lease.

so i payed them upwards of 500 dollars for my 12 lbs dog and none of it went to any damage that they say was there.

my wife and i got a great deal on a house which we needed since we were haveing a baby.

oh and when the managment lady said she had already called for the carpet cleaning we were not allowed to be there when they ripped all of the carpet out and put new carpet down.

which was a bold face lie because i got the number to man who was doing it and he told me they only spay stuff on the carpet.

they aso charged 25 dollars for the blinds apiece because they were special made for them only.

there was no cheaper ones i could buy.

so needless to say that #itch is going to have to take me to court to get that money.

not to metion all of the buglaries that went on.

it is not safe in anyway.

i also went with out hot water numerous times once for three days.

my clothes were also stolen from the laundry room and a cabinet door fell off and they never came to fix it.

i could go on more but i not.

just go somewhere else.
