Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
We live in a 3 br/2 ba. The size is decent - but that's it. Just try and get something fixed - they do come out the next day but can never fix anything the first time. I've had them come out for the same thing for 3 months before they finally put in a different appliance. Which was just as old as the first one. We constantly hear the people above us walking or whatever they do up there. I can hear the water pipes running from everyone's apartment- my toilet runs when another apartment flushes its toilet. People do not pick up their dog poo around the building. I could go on ....
