not worth it

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I thought we had found such a great deal when we first moved into Crosswinds. The place was newly renovated and from the third floor we had a view of trees. However we have been battling with the office from the beginning. They constantly told us conflicting things every time we went in there. They continuously sent us bills for things we had either already paid for or had never heard of. I though all this would finally be over after we moved out over a month ago but it still continues. They have this sneaky policy of requiring the tenants to give them notice about NOT renewing a lease (unlike every other apartment where you have to let them know if you're not staying) so we basically got tricked into staying an extra three weeks and now they want us to pay the new more expensive rates for staying longer than we wanted to anyway! This headache will never end. The apartment itself was okay, but no where near worth the hassle of trying to not overpay the office. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
