Horrible manager-should really get fired for the way this place is run. First they tell me that they can only do the "walk through" mon-fri. Then, they tell me if I turn my keys in at the walk through they will consider that breaking the lease although they charged me twice the amount of my sewer and trash on my way out as well as rent for the three days. Even though the service guy gave it the a-ok on the condition, they refused to take a forwarding address. I paid so much money (they will nickel and dime you for everything) for an apt. w/o a washer and dryer, roaches, water bugs, leaking water, broken toilet, old disgusting shower, loud tenants, trashy washing facility and fitness room. Please take the time to look around. You can definitely find a better apartment.If only they allowed zeros for ratings

The manager is just the oposite, very nice and a professional, I don't believe she should be fired because people can not follow simple instructions. It's my understanding you get roaches from not cleaning up after yourself, we've had tenants like that in our building glad there gone. Report things that are broken and they get fixed, If tenants are to loud tell them if that don't work report them. The washing facility is cleaned all the time by maintenance and is trashed up by the people who use it. Please take time to look around I'm sure you can find another apartment. Your right some people deserve a zero rating, Is this hitting home......

I live here also -and I have had all kinds of problems with them. Our lease is over in a few months - I will make sure that I watch out for the same problems. Thanks

Well I just moved out a few days ago and I hated this apartment complex! The staff is very rude. There are so many people who make all kinds of noise all times of the day and night. So many bugs come in the house and its not because we are dirty people. We cleaned everyday and there were still nasty bugs coming in the house through the holes by the sliding glass door. The apartments smell horrible all the time. Its just disgusting all around and they are a rip off! they charged me so much to move in and into what? a shack.

I received the feedback from maintenance that it was the cleanest apartment he ever came across-so you are not hitting anything with me-full deposit returned (w.o. the interest though) because everything was perfect. Maintenance sprays the buildings for bugs so obviously this isn't just a nasty tenant problem. I reported the bugs as well as the noise repeatedly. I didn't get any help. sfc-maybe your idea of clean is different than mine. It means without dirt and filth in the filters, machines that work, etc. I have seen the staff nice to some and mean to others so the mix rating on them is fair.

I hate this place. I agree and concur with everything this person said. I would not recommend this place to anyone. AND I am OCD with cleaning so that is NOT why there are bugs. Its because they take peoples deposits and does God knows what with it cuz they certainly dont use it to clean or repair the apartments.I guarantee whoever wrote that worked for an apartment company and are defensive because if they lived here they would know better.
