I lived there from Oct 2007 to Oct 2008 and while the apartment itself was nice and somewhat affordable, I hated it. The staff is rude and their maintenance is awful. They make random inspections whenever they feel like it but never come by whenever something is wrong. For instance, I had to miss work to be home for them to check for something I don't even have because I'm sorry, but I don't trust them AT ALL to be in my home alone but my dishwasher was broken for several months and they never did anything about it. Theres never anyone in the office and they constantly close early. Not to mention their hours change everyday.
And every single one of my neighbors were horrible. They were all loud. 2 different ones had aggressive breed dogs and the children above us kept dropping their toys onto our porch, not to mention the way they speed through the parking lot and can't park their cars correctly. Theres never any parking spots and I see broken down cars or cars without tags day after day although it says in the lease they would be towed. The laundromat is over-priced and tiny and although theres never anyone in it, all of the washers and dryers are always full. They also locked the drink machines inside of the pool so if your doing laundry late or in the exercise room at night, you can't get anything to drink.
They also planted large trees and bushes infront of the driveways where theres a sharp turn so it's a complete nightmare trying to see if it's safe to pull out and I've almost gotten in quite a few wrecks. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
