The building and the grounds are not kept clean (one of the buildings even have aluminum siding hanging off of it), the walls and ceilings are paper thin so you can hear almost everything going on above you, maintanence is unprofesional, nothing ever stays fixed, pets are allowed for some and not others, carpeting is cheap, pool is almost never open and when it is it it's filthy and closes at 7pm.

I think that about covers it, when my lease is up I am sooooo out of here!!
