THIS PLACE SUCKS

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
I lived in this place for about 4 months and it was absolutely horrible. The office staff is completely retarded and has no idea what's going on. The grounds are filthy and the place just feels generally unsafe. I had at least five people come up to me in the parking lot and either ask me for money or if i wanted to buy drugs. Trust me, anywhere in Wilmington is better than this place.
