OK IF YOU PISS OF THE MGR YOU ARE SCREWED, SHE IS COOL AS LONG AS YOU LIVE THERE BUT WHEN YOU LEAVE SHE TRIES TO MILK YOU FOR ALL THE MONEY SHE CAN. FACT!! NICE PLACE GOOD GROUNDS EASY TO GET PLACES
